01Services

Region Fire Protection LLC provides fire protection inspection, testing, and repair services, including fire alarm inspection, sprinkler system inspection, backflow testing, emergency lighting inspection, and 24-hour emergency service. Services are performed in accordance with applicable NFPA standards and local fire codes.

02Service Agreements & Payment

Services are provided under proposals, contracts, or work orders. Clients agree to pay all fees according to the terms stated on their invoice. Overdue balances may incur late fees. Recurring service contracts renew automatically unless cancelled in writing.

03Text Messaging

By providing a phone number, customers consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from Region Fire Protection, including appointment reminders and service updates. Customers may receive up to 4 messages per month; message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

04Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, ensuring access for scheduled service, disclosing known hazards, and addressing deficiencies identified during inspection. Region Fire Protection is not liable for system failures resulting from deficiencies that remain uncorrected after written notice.

05Limitation of Liability

Region Fire Protection's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Region Fire Protection be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

06Warranty

Services are warranted to be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty only; no additional warranties, express or implied, are provided.

07Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in fees or discontinuation of service.

08Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Region Fire Protection LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porter County, Indiana.

10Changes to These Terms

Region Fire Protection reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
